Outsourcing is often everyone's biggest need once they get going online.
These are the needs some of you expressed about outsourcing:
- "Our biggest issue is finding people that will be THE "Workers". How do we find these resources...?"
- "For me the biggest thing I need is creating process maps for "everything" that I do and everything that my workers/outsourcers do. Right now I have to train them individually and that becomes a problem if I have to hire a new employee, or if an old one leaves. The problem I'm running into is how to do so in a daily, weekly, monthly manner."
- "How do I train them to do things in the manner in which I do it? They sometimes feel like they know what's best (building anchor text, etc.) when it's really not in alignment with everything else."
